Between 1 in 4 and 1 in 6 apprentices and unemployed individuals entering the workplace will be neurodivergent (conditions can include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyspraxia (DCD), dyscalculia and social and communication challenges).
