Supporting a Neurodiverse Workforce
Neurodiversity Aware® Training and Accreditation Programme
The Neurodiversity Aware® Training and Accreditation Programme is an accredited programme for those wanting to gain a greater understanding of supporting people who have neuro-divergent ‘conditions’ in a workplace perspective including those with:
- Dyslexia
- Dyspraxia/Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD)
- Dyscalculia
- Autism Spectrum Condition/Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASC/ASD)
- Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)
- ADHD
Completion of the course and work associated with it, leads to an OCN Level 4 qualification.

Supporting a Neurodiverse Workforce
The Neurodiversity Aware® training course provides the last remaining jigsaw piece for employers in the puzzle that is ‘neurodiversity’ and provides individuals and their employing organisations with an appreciation of the big ‘multi-dimensional’ picture of neurodiversity from a workplace perspective and equips them to bring about positive change to ensure the right processes are in place in the future.
Taking a proactive approach to providing appropriate support, when it is needed, increases the chances for employing organisations being able to tap into the strengths and talents. It is also indicative of a caring and supportive workplace in which people can feel safe to seek support if they need it.
Course leaders are our CEO Professor Amanda Kirby and Janette Beetham from Right Resources.
